This time a furnace with a temperature range of up to 500 degrees C. and interior dimensions of 1000x1500x1500 mm.
We could already cure coatings up to 500 degrees C. but are getting more and more orders in “more exotic” coatings such as FEP, PFA and ECTFE.
Ceramic coatings used, among other things, as a base coat in order to guarantee high corrosion resistance on stud bolts are also increasingly in demand.
Meanwhile, the high-temperature oven already in place was too often just too small. Hence, in January the decision was made to have a brand new oven built with dimensions in which we can cure at least the most common dimensions.
The oven is programmable so that all possible curing schedules can be programmed in, eliminating the human factor during curing.
