Epoxy-polyester powder coating is generally done with epoxy powder coatings or with polyester powder coatings.
Roughly speaking, epoxy coatings are more suitable for indoor application and polyester coatings are suitable for outdoor application.

Brüning Technische Coatings operates 2 powder coating lines and a specials department with many powder spray booths and baking ovens.
However, we have not focused on those rims and garden sets but on small technical components that we make better or more durable through powder coating.

Because the powder coating process lends itself very well to series production with high consistent quality, it is a popular process.

Also on our lines, we can epoxy or polyester powder coat tens of thousands of items per day within predetermined tolerances with fantastic appearance and long life.

For very specific items, we also develop tooling so that we can always meet your demand.
Brüning Technische Coatings is able to provide up to 100,000 screw heads per day with almost any desired color of powder coating.

Powder coatings are hard, durable , visually pleasing, electrically insulating and quite resistant to most cleaning agents.
