Halar-ECTFE coating

Where high demands are placed on products in terms of chemical resistance, temperature resistance or corrosion protection, a Halar coating can meet those requirements.

Halar is a coating used primarily in the chemical industry because of its high chemical resistance.
Think of nuclear power plants or storage/transport of aggressive substances.
But a Halar coating is also increasingly being used on machine parts or filter pumps.

Halar is applied electrostatically.
As a result, almost all parts can be treated with Halar.
Powder spraying is always done on a preheated surface and is sprayed in multiple layers.
Because it is sprayed in multiple layers, the layer thickness is also very flexible.
This depends on the customer’s requirements or the final function of the part.
The layer thickness can range from 60 microns to hundreds of microns.
